Tim Barker

Our beloved husband, father, and grandfather, Tim A. Barker, 69, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family on May 7, 2026.

Tim was born on November 1, 1956, in Salt Lake City, Utah, to Harry and Norma Barker. He spent his life as an automobile mechanic, a career that perfectly matched his love for working with his hands, fixing cars, and helping others whenever they needed it.

In 1975, Tim met and married the love of his life, Dianna M. Barker. Together they built a beautiful life and shared 50 wonderful years of marriage filled with love, laughter, family, and unwavering devotion to one another.

Tim loved working on cars, riding his Harley, thrifting at the DI, and most of all, spending time with his family. He was the kind of man who would do absolutely anything for the people he loved. Selfless, hardworking, funny, and endlessly caring, he always had a joke ready, even until the very end.

He is survived by his wife, Dianna M. Barker; his children, Angela and Anthony Jones and Rhett Barker; his grandchildren, Isabel Barker, Joseph Jones, Jake and Brooklyn Jones, and Joelle Jones and Mario Ramos; and his beloved dog, Stuart Little.

Our dad was simply the best. He was the coolest greaser we knew, and the love, laughter, and memories he gave us will stay with us forever.

Private family services will be held.

He will be deeply missed and forever loved.
