Siva Alesana

–

Stansbury Park, Utah

Siva Alesana, a humble and loving soul, passed away on May 21, 2024, at the age of 56. Born in Pata, Samoa, on August 18, 1967, Siva spent her life being a beacon of love, patience, and devout faith. She resided in Stansbury Park, Utah, after living in Tooele, Utah, and her native Samoa. Siva was a devoted homemaker, always ensuring that her home was a sanctuary of love and warmth for her family and friends. She was a woman of many talents, with a passion for singing, reading, cooking, eating, and dancing, but her greatest joy was spending time with her family.

Siva was a woman of deep faith, a devout member of her church, where she dedicated her time and energy with a quiet determination. Her loyalty was unquestionable, particularly towards her late husband, Salepoua'e Alesana, to whom she was a faithful wife. Siva was a reserved yet outgoing person, her sense of humor often lighting up the room and bringing smiles to the faces of those around her. However, it was her love for her children that defined her most. She adored her kids; they were her world.

Siva is survived by her children, Julieann (Muhammad) Fetuli, Hinckley (Skylee) Alesana, Sale Alesana, and Frank Alesana, and her cherished grandchildren, Puna, Peti, Elenoa, and Julieann. She was preceded in death by her parents, Paie Milford and Solofua Wong King, and her husband, Salepoua'e Alesana.

The traditional service will be held on Tuesday, May 28, 2024, at 8:00 am MDT at 323 East Erda Way, Erda, Utah, 84074. The Bishop's Service will follow at the same location at 11:00 am MDT.
