Shari Graves

Shari Kay Graves passed away August 16, 2012. Shari was born to Florence Murray and Kenneth Moyle Sargent in Myton, Utah on May 13, 1939. She was married in May 1956 to Gerald w. Riley, they were later divorced. She married Arthur M. Mikesell in Oct. 1964, they too, later divorced. She was preceded in death by her husband Cline Graves, her parents and two siblings, Trudy Lea Rushton (Robert) and Stacy Don Jacobs (Vesta) and a daughter-in-law Carolee Riley. Shari is survived by siblings Gary McCluskey (Sandra), Georgia Finster(Paul), Kandi Turman, Maury Roe Jacobs, her son, Garrett W. Riley (Lisa) and daughters, CaraLee Riley and LuAnn Allie; grandchildren Jerry Allie(Anslea), Dusty Allie(Shantel) Kari Shay Riley, Brian Riley, Garrett (Dub) Riley (May), Stephen J. Culley (Annie), Jeremy Culley, Melissa Hohmann and McKenna Caldwell (Don); and great grandchildren Hailey, Riley, Ryker, Gabriel, Brooklyn, Beckham, Cienna, Hunter Marie, Roper Judd and Karissa, Ryan Allie. Shari's rapier wit, wonderful sense of humor and tasteful sarcasm will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. She was a loyal friend to a fault and she never hid her feelings. So you knew where you stood with her at all times. She knew every one of her 70+ first cousins by name and spoke at many of the funerals of those who passed before her. She worked at the Tooele Army Depot for 28 years and retired in 1989. She worked numerous part-time jobs throughout the years and especially loved doing hair and all the numerous friends she made working. There will be a memorial visitation Thursday night the 23rd at Tate Mortuary from 6:00pm to 8:00pm. Then the next day a memorial service at 11:00am with a visitation 1 hr prior at Tate Mortuary. Her wish was to be cremated and be buried in her mother's grave at the Tooele City Cemetery. �
