Shane Lewis Obituary (2018

Shane Lewis, loving son, brother and father left this earthly plain on Sunday June 26. He was born Sept 14, 1972 in Augsburg Germany. Attended Tooele Valley High and joined the Navy from which he received a medical discharge in 2000. After spending sometime in Tooele he moved to Salina, UT for 11 years. He moved back to Tooele in order to help his mother. Shane helped so many people while he was with us and was loved by many. He is survived by his mother, Patricia Lewis, an older brother Dolphin Lewis, sister-in-law Frances Lewis, and son Andrew Lewis. A short service will be held at the FOE “Eagles” 50 South 1st Street, Tuesday July 5th @ 1:00.
