Paula Jean Ott Bosen (Jean) March 25, 1961 - November 17, 2021 Jean returned to her Father in Heaven on November 17, 2021, while holding hands with her husband and her daughter. She is preceded in death by her father, Glen Ott; sister Glenda Livingstone; and father- and mother-in-law, Richard and Rilla Bosen. Jean is survived by her loving husband, Bradley Bosen; mother, Nettie Ott; siblings Pat Ames, Diane Baker, Kenneth Ott (Janai), and Edward Ott (Kelly); children, Nikki Russell, Jaime DeForest, Shannon Proctor (Craig), Joey Bosen (Jamie), and Hillary Velasquez (Ivan); grandchildren, Weston, Justin, Gracie, Jaise, Jordynn, Jaxon, Carter, Benton, Ezrael, Sullivan, and Iryss; and great-grandchildren, Wyatt, Azlynn, and Ryder. Jean was a faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She and Brad were sealed in the Salt Lake Temple on September 27, 1983. She enjoyed serving as Relief Society President, Relief Society Teacher, Sunday School Teacher, and Visiting Teacher. She was a wonderful cook. She loved sharing recipes, watching cooking and baking competition shows, eating crispy brownie edges and chocolate-chip ice cream, savoring anything with fry sauce or dark chocolate, chewing on ice, listening to her husband sing and entertain, singing harmony with her husband, watching her grandchildren play, listening to her children laugh and quote movies together, playing games with her family, learning about history, sharing stories about her childhood, singing to and snuggling her grandbabies, giving and receiving hugs, having just a small sip of someone else’s soda, quoting the adorable things her grandkids said, and making long nicknames for her kids: Nik-knack Patty Whack, Jim-Jam Peanut Butter Blam, Bradi DaeShannon DaePoohpie DaeBosen, Saree Saray Sararah Sarontelle, and Bubba Ludda Tudda Frudda Nutta Butta Peanut Butta Sandwich Cookie From Nabisco-Bing! She instilled in her children a love of learning, a constant need for back tickles, a fierce sense of strength, love, and independence, and the ability to cook without measuring. We love you, Jeanyus, Mama, Gahgum! Funeral services will be held on November 29, 2021, at 580 N. 270 E. Tooele, Utah, from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm.
