Mary Louise Hales, a loving Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother, Sister and Aunt returned to her Father in Heaven peacefully on Saturday July 23, 2016 surrounded by her family. She was loved by many and will be missed by all who knew her. Louise was born in her family home in Springville, Utah to William Eldon Lowe and Sarah Spafford Lowe on July 12, 1930. She was the middle child of three children. Louise graduated from Springville High School in 1948. She met the love of her life William Neldon (Bill) Hales during the Pioneer Days parade in Provo, Utah on July 24, 1948. Bill and Louise were married for time and all eternity in the Salt Lake City LDS Temple on May 29, 1950 and remained happily married for 66 years. Bill and Louise had two children, Susan Kaye (Cessna) and William Neldon (Bill) II. Louise worked at the Tooele Army Depot as a Shop Supply Clerk and Secretary until her retirement in 1985. She loved adventuring outdoors, bowling, playing Tripoli with her girlfriends and most of all spending time surrounded by her family. Louise is survived by her Husband Bill, two children Susan Cessna (Curtis) and Bill (JoNell), three grandchildren Steven (Angie) VanVleet, Russell (Kim) VanVleet and Michaela Hales, four step-grandchildren Sherri (Brian) Buchannan, DeeDee (Ben) Ussery, Jesse Cessna and Taylor (John) Jacobsen and twelve great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents Eldon and Sarah, Sister Alma (Lloyd) Wilson and Brother Ray (Jerri) Lowe. Funeral Services will be held Friday July 29th at 11:00 AM, Tooele 11th Ward 180 South Coleman Street, Tooele, Utah 84074 followed by internment at the Tooele Cemetery.
