Margarita Ortega Obituary (1947 - 2023)

We are sad to announce the passing of our mother Margarita Ortega on Sunday, October 29, 2023, in Tooele, Utah. She was a lifelong resident of El Paso, Texas until she moved to Stockton, Utah to be closer to her family. She is survived by her two daughters Edna Ortega and Rebecca Kronewetter, her "favorite" son-in-law Michael Kronewetter, her grandsons Michael Ortega and William Kronewetter, her sister Ruthie Romero, her brother-in-law Mundo Romero, several nieces and nephews and her beloved pet Pee Wee. She was preceded in death by her husband Pilar R. Ortega, her mother Pearl Crawford, her sister Emma Morales and many of her adopted fur children. The family would like to thank Michael Kronewetter for all the love and care he gave to our mother in her time of need. The family had a private viewing, and no other services will be held.
