Lynn was born and raised in Tooele Utah, son of William Harry and Lucille (Anderson) Worley. He had a love of fishing, which he did as long as he was able to with family and friends (in which many fond and humorous memories were created)! He had a passion for collecting many odd and unique items, his miniature knife collection had won many awards through the years at many gun/knife shows. His ultimate passion however lied with his collection of currency and coin. From common to rare, to complete a set, or just because he liked the picture on it; he had many neat sets which he would strike up a conversation about any time he could! It was something he instilled the passion to his son at an early age, that they would discuss often, as well as striving to spread the bug to all his great nephews and niece. Lynn worked as a grocer for most of his life at San Pedro Farms in California which he loved. He moved back to Utah in the early 90's with his brother Ron, until Ron passed in 2002. He finished off his remaining years with nephew Aaron for almost 16 years. Never being far from family was always a plus in his book, and always looking forward to see friends and family in Utah when he had the chance. Lynn passed December 28, 2017, peacefully, surrounded by family following complications to his health. He is survived by his sister Linda (Worley) Barela, nephews Scott and Aaron Garcia, niece Alicia Steele, 4 great-nephews, 1 great-niece, his son Derek, and his most beloved grandson William Howard Worley.
