Grant Scott Maxwell (Max) passed away on October 21st, 2019, at his home in Stansbury Park, Utah. Grant served in the Vietnam war from 1969 to 1971 in the Americal 5th of the 46th light 198 infantry brigade, earning 2 Bronze Stars and many other service medals. Scott was a mental health and veterans advocate for most of his life, both in his free time as well as professionally. He always strove for making a difference in people’s lives. Everyone he shared his knowledge and observations with, went away a stronger and better person - We are all so grateful for that. Max's extensive list of friends and family from all over the United States will remember the strength and wisdom he shared with them. Our hearts and minds are filled with sorrow & loss, but the confidence and experience he shared will always be remembered.
