Elvin Romero Obituary (1947

Elvin Terry Romero passed away on March 22, 2016, at his home in Tooele. Elvin was born July 18, 1947, in Moroni, Utah to Richard and Lois Romero. After graduating from high school, he served in the United States Navy. He worked for 30 years at the Tooele Army Depot and retired in 1999. Elvin was an avid hunter, fisherman, outdoorsman and golfer. He is survived by sons, Rick Hill (Tarra), Kenny Newkirk (Joy), Tom Newkirk (Mindy) and Steve Newkirk (Alison), 22 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his father, Richard Romero, sister Sherrilyn Romero and his daughter Cami Hill.
