Nannette Jena V. Baird Hamby

- Jul• 20•12

On July 13 our beautiful angel was tragically taken from our arms. Nannette Baird Hamby, 32, was born on Nov. 7, 1979 to Cindy M. Baird and Randolph Morehead. She was born and raised in Grantsville. She married the love of her life, Jared Hamby, on Oct. 18, 2011. They were both taken home together to our heavenly father in a tragic automobile accident. Nannette loved and lived for her little girls. She spent most of her time being the best mom she could be. Nannette was known for her loyalty to friends and family, and would go out of her way for any of them. She enjoyed music, social events, running track in her earlier years, and loved doing just about anything outdoors, so long as she was with her family. Nannette is greatly loved and will be missed immensely. She will always be in our hearts and our memories of her will be cherished and carried on. She is now our guardian angel watching over us, giving us strength to carry on. Nannette is survived by her parents, Cindy M. Baird and Randolph Morehead, children Kylysta Otteson, Brelynne Otteson and Madison Otteson, step-daughter Jordyn Hamby, and siblings Randy Baird (Camille Quinn), Jamie Swann (Nick Swann), Kenneth Snyder, Stephanie Hunt and Amanda Hunt. Nannette also had a very special place in her heart for her aunt and uncle, Paula and Floyd Hunt, and all of her many cousins. Nannette was preceded in death by her husband Jared Hamby and grandparents George Baird and Jena V. Baird. Memorial services are being held at the LDS church located at 200 W. 200 South in Tooele at 11 a.m. on July 20. An account has been set up at HeritageWest Credit Union in lieu of flowers to help provide for her girls. All donations will be used for their immediate needs.

I am so sorry to hear about Nannette. My prayers go out to the family. Please let the girls know that I am praying for them and that I hope they gain strength from having a guardian angel watching over them. God Bless!

Nan, you will be greatly missed, you were the love my my son’s life, and together God took you both in His loving arms….I regret not telling you often how much we loved you, but we did, and you will be in our hearts until we r all together again in paradise. I don’t want to make that mistake again, and not tell the girls how much they mean to Dave/I, we hope to see them, and spend as much time with them as we can. We love you both very much, and you will be in our hearts forever. love Mom/Dad Cornell.
