Barry Formo 1946-2011
He graduated from theUniversityof Utah. His hobbies included Photography, archeology, historian, fishing, hunting, golf, camping and the great outdoors. He served on numerous building safety and code review boards. For 34 years he was employed atTooeleCountyprogressing to Chief Building Official. He is survived by Sons; Barry “Chad” Formo, and Bryce W. Formo, 3 grandchildren; Chance Walter Formo, Reese Elizabeth Formo, Caytin Christine Formo; 2 Sisters, Shelby LaRae Mellon and husband Richard “Moon” Mellon, Paula Leanne Thomas and her husband Jim Thomas. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Deceased are his parents Walter and Ethel Formo and his step-mother Mary and brother George William “Bill” Formo and his wife Mellissa. A memorial service was held at Tate Mortuary on December 17, 2011.
