St. Nicholas brought her on Dec. 6, 1987. The angels in the outfield took her Nov. 16, 2011. Born to Gary Stam and DeAnna Riddle, Vanessa was loved and adored by all who knew and met her. She was one of the most selfless people you could ever meet. She loved helping others, softball, her cat, Fluff, her family and friends. Through her struggles she was still able to keep a positive outlook on life and instill that in others, and find good in all the bad. She is finally at peace in the loving arms of her stepmother, Angel Hildreth Stam, who preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by uncles Randy and Stephen Stam. Vanessa is survived by her parents; a brother, Jesse Gavin Riddle; a sister, Chelsea Poulson; grandparents Tom and Marge Stam and Trenton D. and Virginia Riddle; and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Funeral services were held on Nov. 21st. Interment Grantsville City Cemetery.
