Johnnie Lee Boswell, Navy veteran, husband, father, grandfather, friend and coach, passed peacefully on November 11, 2011 at the age of 78. Born December 17, 1932 in Phenix City, Ala. Survived by wife Eloise, sons Johnny (Jay), Ron, 3 grandchildren, brothers and sisters. Viewing Thursday, November 17, 6pm-8pm at Tate Mortuary. Burial at a later date in Phenix City, Ala. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Teen Challenge, P .0.

I will miss Mr. Boswell. He always wanted to talk sports or discuss Johnny and Ron. He was not only a good coach but a great patron of Tooele High School Sports. Our best wishes are with you. Mike and JoLynne Johnsen
