Bryce Mitchell Foulon

Posted By on November 18, 2011

Surrounded by family and friends, Bryce Mitchell Foulon passed away peacefully on November 18, 2011, at the age of 34, after a month-long battle with seizures from an unknown cause. He was born on October 7, 1977 in Salt Lake City, Utah. He was actively involved in 4-H and scouting and became an eagle scout. He graduated from Tooele High School, served an LDS mission in Puerto Rico and received an Associates Degree from Salt Lake Community College. Bryce was currently a binder at a printing company. Previous jobs include the Joseph Smith Memorial Building and the Holiday Inn.  Bryce loved the gospel, had a strong testimony of Jesus Christ and continually strived to be like the Savior. Most of his life involved music and he was an accomplished piano and organ player. In high school he became very involved in theatre, mime, and choir. He continued to follow this passion through the Benson Gristmill Pageants, Handel’s Messiah, and playing piano for the Salt Lake Conference Center.   His dream was to become a music therapist so he could help others. Bryce was a great friend, passionate, and full of life. He had an infectious personality and cared about other’s welfare above his own.  He was a devoted father. His daughter, Eliza, was the light of his life. Bryce loved to dance and delighted in Eliza’s dance performances. Singing, camping, and hiking are some of the things they enjoyed together.  Preceded in death by grandparents Charles and Eva Mae Foulon, and Verlin and Bessie Hatch. He is deeply loved by his parents, Danny and Joan Foulon, his siblings, Shane, Colette (Robert) Low, Kyle, and his daughter, Eliza. Bryce, we love you!!  Funeral services will be held Wednesday, November 23, at the Tooele Stake Center (253 South 2nd East) at 1:00 p.m. Viewing from 11:30-12:45 p.m. Interment at Tooele City Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Intermountain Medical Center. Our sincere appreciation to the Staff at Intermountain Medical Center for all they did for Bryce and our family.
