Frank Richard Hernandez
After a 9 year battle with RA, Frank has ‘rolled on’ and is out on one of those roads less traveled that he was always looking for, or maybe he is finding solitude riding through the Tetons. Every now and then he’ll see one of the eagles that he has always been fascinated with flying overhead. He found the Rainbow Bridge and his beloved Woody has greeted him with a Budweiser! Frank always lived for the moment and taught his friends to do the same. His favorite saying was; “Life is about the journey, not the destination.” Frank was born on Dec.19, 1953 in Albq, NM to Simon & Teddy Hernandez. Frank is survived by his wife Diane of 24 years, Mother Teddy, Brothers & Sisters, Ben (Nora), Joe (Jenny), LaVern, Anna (Ray) & Alison (Brian), many nieces and nephews, aunts & uncles, his kids, Norman, Jeager, Maxie, Princess, Rocket & crew. Frank loved his four legged kids. Preceded in death by Father Simon and the best dog ever, Woody. Funeral services to be held Wed, Oct, 5 @ St Marguerite’s Parish in Tooele @ 11:00 am. Family and friends may visit 1 hour prior at the church. Interment at a later date. In lieu of flowers -send donations in Frank’s memory to Best Friend’s Animal Society, 5001 Angel Canyon Rd, Kanab, UT 84741. Special thanks to Eric @ U of U, Tami & Rina. An eye donation was made to the Utah Eye Recovery Program .
