Robert soon went on to receive his bachelors degree in Secondary Education from the University of Utah and began teaching US History at Wasatch Junior High for the next 20 years. Robert was an exemplary husband, father, grandfather, coach, and teacher. He spent many years coaching his son’s and countless other children in football, baseball and basketball. At Wasatch Junior High he started the wrestling program, coached track, cross country, basketball and the Academic Team, who this year took first in the National Championship. Robert was a teacher who loved his students and was loved by them in return. His desire was not only to educate, but help his students to become strong individuals with core values and a thirst for more knowledge.
