Our beloved Husband, Father, Grandfather, Great-Grandfather, Great-Great-Grandfather, Brother and Friend left this life after a short struggle with cancer in his home with his family at his side on April 9, 2011. He was born on June 7, 1928 in Tooele where was raised. He served in the United States Navy after high school. He worked at Tooele Army Depot and retired after 38 yrs. Ned was a fun loving and active man. He loved line dancing and would DJ for the Senior citizens. He is survived by his loving wife and companion of 36 yrs Winona Mary (Dalton) Garcia. Daughter Karma Quintana and son Mark (Jenny) Garcia from prior marriage to Ilene Walk (divorced). Survived also by Gay (Jim) McGonegal, Lenna (Rich) Learned, Kent (Lila) Jones, Jake (Kathline) Jones, Cleve Jones, Brothers J. Don (Nona) Garcia, Vince (Susan) Garcia and Sister Edith McBride, half brother Roger England, step sister Betty Sydall and 26 Grand Children, 50 Great Grand Children and 5 Great, Great Grand Children. He was preceded in death by his parents, 1 brother, 3 sisters, daughter Karan Monsour and grandson Danny Monsour. Graveside services will be Thursday April 14th at 1pm at the Tooele City Cemetery with a viewing 11:30-12:30 prior to the services at Tate Mortuary. There will be a Celebration of Life for Ned at the LDS church on 196 N. Pinehurst Ave after the services.
