A beloved father, brother, and grandfather passed away at home Sunday April 10th. Born to Donna Chivers and Joseph Spencer March 23, 1945. He married the love of his life Linda Perry April 29, 1966. Carl was survived by his brother Wes Chivers (Elaine), sister Lavaughn Mullenax (Otis), children; Jay (Angela), Don (Chantell), Carl, Cindy Vance (Clint), grandkids; Makaylia, Donnie, Missy, Acea, Gus, Aubrie, Tyler, Carlie and some nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his wife Linda, brothers Ernie and Jack, his mother Donna, father Joseph, and granddaughter Felicia. The viewing will be Saturday April 16th 2:00-4:00PM at Tate Mortuary, 110 So Main St. Tooele. The memorial will be held Thursday April 21st at 6:00PM at Asylum 49 located at 140 East 200 South in Tooele.
