Deanna McCarthy Marsing, beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister, passed away into the light of our beloved Heavenly Father on March 10, 2011, in Tooele, Utah. She was born in Heber City, Utah on Oct. 4, 1939 and is preceded in death by her parents, William Albert McCarthy and Annie Blackley McCarthy, her daughter Terry Ann Smith and her son Joe Earl Smith. She is survived by her daughter Sherry Ann Marsing, granddaughter Angel Marie Fend and her husband Greg Fend, grandson Joshua Coic, granddaughter Heather Jensen and her husband Dave, grandson John Jackson, granddaughter Boualay Lobato and her husband Troy grandson Jeremy Boyd, sister M. Jean Draper and her husband Ivan, sister Connie DeYott and her husband Don, brother Jerry and his wife Jean, aunt Ruby Roberts 12 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She enjoyed family get togethers, all her bingo friends and the monthly pot luck held at her complex with all her neighbors. She passed away peacefully with a song in her heart, surrounded by many loved ones. A memorial service was held on Monday at the LDS church on 1025 W. Utah Ave. Burial Tuesday in the Heber City Cemetery.
