Paul Roberts passed away November 19, 2010 after a long illness with COPD. Paul was born in Ruon , Quebec, April 30, 1034 to Oliver and Elmiere Robert. Paul grew up working with his dad Oliver learning the best cooking skills in mining and lumber camps in northern Canada. As an adult he was an underground miner with great stories to tell. After Bobbie and Paul moved to Utah to work for Peter Kewitt and Sons and Anaconda he called Tooele home. He had his own business, Rainbow Bond, a skilled craftsman in masonry. He prided himself in being giving an honest days work for an honest days pay. During his retirement years he enjoyed cooking, gardening, wine making watching Norte Dame football, Tiger Woods golf, and the Utah Jazz with Bobbie.  Paul is survived by wife, Bobbie Lou of 36 years, daughter Michelle (Michael) Hoy, daughter Pauline Robert,Ottawa , Ontario; sons John Guy (Debra) Surrey, BC; Paul Jr. ( Jodi) Jacksonville, AK, Dennis and Marcel, Ottawa, Ontario; one sister, Therese Langlois, Ottawa, Ontario,   grandchildren and  great grandchildren. He loved and was loved dearly by family and friends.  At Paul’s request he was cremated and will be interred at Tooele City Cemetery. Services for the rejoicing of Paul resurrection will be Wednesday, November 24, 2:00 P.M. at First Lutheran Church, 7th and Birch, where friends may call one hour prior. In lieu of flowers a donation to Tooele Food Bank would be appreciated.
