Elva C. Raught – Our precious Lord has called our beloved Elva back home with him. She had a long battle with cancer and her journey is now over. Elva was born in Talpa, New Mexico in 1935. Elva loved spending time with her sisters, going to the store, trips to Wendover, fishing, and just being around friends and family. Elva has a pet that was her life, Missy. Survived by sisters, Francis Gallegos, Corina Candelario, Delores Pacheco, many nieces and nephews and special friend Andy. Preceded in death by Thomas Raught her husband, Sofia Romo, her mother, Fannie Gonzales, her sister, and Manuel Romo, her brother. A viewing will be held on Tues Oct 5, 2010 at St. Marguerite’s Church from 6-7 with Holy Rosary to start at 7:00PM. Funeral Mass will be Wed Oct 6, 2010 at 10:00AM with interment at the Tooele City Cemetery.
