Janice B. Fonger, 57, passed away January 17, 2009 at her home. She was surrounded by her children after a courageous battle with cancer. Janice was born in Salt Lake City on July 4, 1951 to Clare and Jean Bowden of Magna. She graduated from Cyprus High School in 1969. She was a valued employee of Comcast Cable for 25 years. She loved her job and coworkers. She married her soul mate Gerald Frank Fonger July 15, 1995. She was a member of the Fraternal Order of the Eagles and the Elks. She enjoyed golfing, cooking, and spending time with her family. Janice is survived by; daughters Timberly (Craig) Enders of San Ramon, CA; Tori (Shawn) Anderson of Stockton, UT; son Jarrod (Heather) Lazenby of Erda, UT. Grandchildren; Corryn, Courtney, Cassidy, Kamaree, Siearrah, Rylee, Jaden, Kendall, and one more on the way. Sisters; Linda (Jay) Mitchell of Magna, UT; Elaine (Doug) Wensel of Cedar City, UT; Peggy Woods of Magna, UT. and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Frank; her sister Vicki Bowden; and Grandparents Jenkins; Grandparents Bowden. Funeral Services will be held Thursday, Jan 22nd at 11am at Tate Mortuary, 110 S. Main, Tooele. Viewing will be held Wednesday, Jan 21st from 6 to 8 pm at Tate Mortuary. Interment Tooele City Cemetery.
